
Sweet peppers hit their stride in late summer, and this year is no different. There are many interesting varieties to choose from, but we especially love the Jimmy Nardello pepper (pictured here). This pepper has an incredibly thin skin and long shape. It’s thin skin is perfect for frying, creating a delicious texture. The rich color and mild sweet taste of this pepper is simply outstanding. Shishito peppers are also thriving in the late summer sunshine. We all know how delicious these taste blistered with a refreshing cocktail!
